Thanks for shopping with Paper Crafts Ideas! Every piece we make is personalized and made-to-order with care. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, your happiness matters to us. If something isn’t right, please contact us—we’ll gladly help.
Personalized physical items
- Each item is created just for you based on the name, age, colors, or details you provide.
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for personalized or custom-made items.
- Order cancellations can be requested before production begins (we usually start within a few days). Once production has started, the order can’t be cancelled.
Damaged, defective, or order issues
If your order arrives with an error on our part, we’ll make it right.
Please email hello@papercraftsideas.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number, and
- clear photos of the product and packaging.
After review, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
Color & material variations
Colors may vary slightly from screen to print and between paper stocks or finishes. These minor variations are normal and aren’t considered defects.
Shipping
We ship with tracking. Delays or losses caused by the carrier or an incorrect address are outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to assist.
