Welcome to Paper Crafts Ideas (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing papercraftsideas.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1) Overview
We create made-to-order personalized hardcover covers for World Cup sticker albums and personalized trading card binders. Please read these terms carefully before using our site or placing an order.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state/country—or use the site with a parent/guardian’s consent.
3) Products & Personalization
Personalized items are produced based on the details you provide (name, edition, colors). Please review spelling and options carefully; we produce exactly as submitted. Natural variations in color/finish may occur between screens, printers, and materials; these are not defects.
4) Pricing, Payments & Taxes
Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We accept the payment methods offered in checkout (e.g., Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple/Google Pay). Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
5) Shipping & Delivery
Production time is typically 10 business days before shipment. Orders ship with tracking; delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is delivered to the carrier. Please ensure your address is correct. During peak season (October 4 – January 17), carriers may apply holiday surcharges; the exact shipping price is always calculated at checkout.
6) Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request a change or cancellation before production begins. We often start within a few days. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
7) Returns & Refunds
Because our items are fully personalized and made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order (damaged or defective), please contact hello@papercraftsideas.com within 7 days of delivery; we’ll review and make it right according to our Refund Policy.
8) Accounts & Security
If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under it.
9) Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and artwork on this site are owned by Paper Crafts Ideas or its licensors and are protected by IP laws. No right, title, or interest is transferred to you.
10) User Content (reviews/photos)
If you post a review or share photos with us, you grant Paper Crafts Ideas a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content for marketing and store operations. You represent you own the content you submit.
11) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the site, including (without limitation): violating laws, infringing IP rights, attempting to interfere with security, scraping, or using our designs for commercial purposes without permission.
12) Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services (e.g., Shopify, payment processors, carriers). Their tools and policies apply where relevant; we aren’t responsible for their actions or outages.
13) Errors, Availability & Modifications
We try to be accurate, but errors may occur (pricing, descriptions, availability). We may correct errors, update information, or discontinue products at any time.
14) Disclaimers & Liability Limits
Our products and services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paper Crafts Ideas from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of our products.
16) Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
17) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Paper Crafts Ideas is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
